Welcome to Carmarthen Motor Club Ltd.’s Autumn Memorial Road Rally 2025, in Memory of Aaron Jones and Dai Roberts, and sponsored by John Morgan Autoparts and Cath Williams Catering at Carmarthen Quins RFC. Reintroduced into the rallying calendar 12 years ago after a break of 28 years, this classic event, which was a round of the prestigious Motoring News Road Rally championship in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, once again returns to the lanes of West Wales. This year sees the event being run as a memorial rally, remembering two of our club members who sadly passed away over the last year. Aaron and Dai were fundamental in resurrecting the Autumn Road Rally back in 2014 and their absences now leave a huge hole within the motor club, and this rally. For all future Autumn Road Rallies, we have introduced two special awards in their memory, that we feel capture them perfectly as individuals. The Aaron Jones ‘Best Presented Car’ award and the Dai Roberts ‘Leading at Petrol’ award.
